I so want to do a Teddy Bear picnic some day when all My frends bring a teddy bear and sit down to a cookie and tea picnic in a park some day.

Finlay got everything out of TN. and in a storage here
hopping to start sorting and selling old parts Etc at the flee market
lots of junk and stuff just needs to go home with some one other than me LOL
now that I have found Cam. I will start to get some picts. from around here.
Heard the other day that Ghost town is reopening in Maggy Vally hope this time it flies, going to be adding a Holy Land section to it in 2014 so look forward to seeing what happens with that.
GT. has added a zip line this year so will get some to stop and maybe go all out and see the full park.

Welllll about 2/3rds of our stuff is in Ga.
The greenhouse stuff is here and setup and has been joined by a three shelf one also.
found two steviea seeds and planted them today as well as squash, maters,lettice and I don't remember what else.
 Been raining all day today and will tomarow as well,we are hoping to get back to Greenback tuesday and finish getting the storage cleaned out.
went to take some pictures today and found battery dead so you will get to see the place tomarow.

Rain Rain

Well the rain has stoped (for now )Lake is headed up,but still 12 feet from full pool. Snow is all north of us and when it melts it should flow down to us. Went with Larry to Elberton to pick up a donated headstone and his truck Got back to Canon and started critter, battery may need a lot more charging than it got today. 
Dinner was real good tonight Carolyn was in good style, tomorrow ill spend the day cleaning the kitchen and may vacuum as well depends on FOOTBALL well see

This is Miss Boo Boo Bear she is a rescue from Athens Clark county we got her November of 2011,she was found running Oct 31 by animal control Carolyn found her on line and we submitted the App.for her first thing Monday AM. She fits with Us very well and is quite a lover and some times a cuddel bug will destroy a squeeky toy with a passion and loves her Nyala bone more later Blessings Bear

Havent been able to drage my dusty hide out of the woods for a long time
I do hope to start writing more soon
We are now living out side of lavonia Ga in a place called gumlog
have a new dog (Boo Boo) a shitzu mix and with in looking distance of Lake Hartwell
been a long time with much to fill in will do so later

Out of sequence but a start to say what happened


Well a lot has happened
We had moved to Lake Hartwell ODRA as camp Hosts and then my knee went out and We resigned and have moved to Commerce Ga.
Ann (Carolyn's cousin) has taken a turn for the worse and is not expected to live much longer and then Her son Larry fell and broke both his knee and ankle.
Larry will be laid up for 6 to 8 months (no insurance and no savings)
It will be interesting to see what transpires over the next few months.

Thay let me park the rolling cave here and provide water, power and sewer hookup

It's wonderfull I am encouradged to check out the trash every day and can take all I want

We some times have trees that fall down and go boom !

I get to drag them off the trailes and burn them if I wish

Well the Bears have moved to GA.


Watson Mill Bridge State Park is our new abode.


We'll be feeling a LOT better when the puncture from the Tranquilizer dart heals LOL LOL !






The state of Georgia has provided us with some pretty good transportation feels real good for a GA. fan to be riding a "gator" specially after last Saturday! Hehehe I hope in the future to be posting a bunch more pictures.

Carolyn and I are the new camp hosts here at the equestrian camp. It is just 3 miles from Comer Ga. We have 3 log cabins, one potty house, 11 camp sites and 22 horse stalls to watch over.

Moon Tea

Well it's a full moon and time to make some moon tea.
For you day dwellers this is quite different from the sun tea your Friends have raved about for years.
start with a clean 1 gallon jug place about 12 tea bags (yes I am a teabagger) in the bottom and fill with clean spring water. place this out side in full moon light till the morning and then remove to the back of your cave (56*)and chill.

at your option you can remove the spent tea bags and add to the compost pile after removing the staples from the bags.
at this point it is ready to drink, I like a bit of honey with mine (raw proffered)
I use a black tea (after all I am a Black Bear) and process My tea in full moonlight till I drag my dusty old hide out in the morning.
I process several while the moon shines and keep them stacked in the back of the cave (coldest spot) till needed.
I recomend this process and hope you enjoy it to.

got my didgital cam back from repair "thay gave me a new one " even better than the old one sent in.
will start up loading picts as soon as i can roust my hide from this hear chair.
got some radishes from the garden yesterday "film at eleven " carets comming up slowely and lettice comming along.
